It is a decent place when you are starting as a therapist. The compensation is fair, but it does take a couple of months to start getting "normal sized" paychecks because of the monthly pay. I feel that I am set up to succeed at Lifestance. I feel there is flexibility in being able to create one's own work schedule. I feel there is a culture around providing quality services / doing the best work we can.They also don't have accurate google ratings. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out. Awful people who don't care.Ability to practice your way. You choose your hours, your specialty populations etc. Great administrative support. Not overly burdonsome administrative requirements.
